A commissioned notary who comes to you.
Acknowledgments, jurats, loan signings, estate documents, and apostille coordination across Santa Monica and the Westside, usually same day.
How we approach it
Notarization is simple when you can get to a notary. We handle the cases where you cannot.
A notary public verifies the identity of a signer and witnesses the signature. California requires notarization for deeds, powers of attorney, many estate planning documents, loan documents, and a long list of affidavits and declarations. The notary must see valid identification, confirm the signer is acting willingly, and complete the certificate correctly, because a defective notarization can void the document.
We offer a mobile service: we come to your home, office, hospital room, care facility, or a detention facility, with the journal and seal, and we complete the signing on site. Loan signing agents handle full real estate closing packages. Estate planning signings are coordinated with our attorney so the documents are executed correctly in one meeting.
For documents going abroad, we coordinate the apostille through the California Secretary of State.

What people ask us first
- What identification do I need?
- A current, government-issued photo ID: California driver’s license or ID card, U.S. passport, or another form permitted under California law. We confirm what you have before the appointment.
- Can you notarize for someone in the hospital or in custody?
- Yes. We do both regularly. The signer must be able to communicate and sign willingly, and facilities have their own procedures, which we coordinate in advance.
- What does it cost?
- California sets a maximum fee per notarized signature. Travel is charged separately and quoted when you book.
