Family petitions, green cards, citizenship, work authorization, and visas for founders and early hires. Attorney-handled, start to finish.
How we approach it
Immigration cases are won on complete, accurate filings and lost on missed details. We treat every application as if a denial is not an option.
Family-based immigration remains the largest path to permanent residence in the United States. U.S. citizens and permanent residents can petition for spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and the process runs through either adjustment of status inside the country or consular processing abroad. The rules on eligibility, waiting periods, and inadmissibility are detailed, and the forms change often.
We represent families through the full process: the petition, the adjustment or consular stage, work and travel authorization while the case is pending, and the interview. We handle naturalization for permanent residents ready to become citizens, green card renewals and replacements, and fiancé(e) visas.
For the companies we represent, we also handle employment-based work: H-1B specialty occupation petitions, O-1 visas for founders and researchers with extraordinary ability, and L-1 transfers for companies bringing staff from a foreign parent or subsidiary.

What people ask us first
- How long does a marriage-based green card take?
- Timelines vary with USCIS workload and whether the case is adjustment or consular. Recent cases have run from under a year to over two. We give you a realistic estimate at the consultation and update it as the case moves.
- Can I work while my case is pending?
- Usually, with an employment authorization document filed alongside the adjustment application. We file it with the main case so there is no gap.
- I have a prior immigration violation or criminal record. Is a case still possible?
- Often, yes, through a waiver or another path, but the facts matter and the risks are real. We review the record before filing anything and tell you honestly whether to proceed.
- Do you charge flat fees?
- Yes, for most case types. Government filing fees are separate.
